Pricing questions
Is the 10% taken before or after Stripe fees?
The 10% is calculated on the order amount charged to the customer. Stripe processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30) are covered within our commission — you are not double-charged.
How and when do I receive my 90%?
Payouts follow Stripe's standard schedule — typically 2 business days for US accounts. Your 90% is deposited directly to your bank account. We never hold your funds.
Is there a minimum volume requirement?
No minimum. Launch with whatever volume makes sense and scale from there.
How is custom development priced?
Custom features beyond the standard platform are scoped individually and priced as a separate engagement. We'll give you a clear estimate before any work starts. Contact us to discuss.
Can I negotiate the commission rate?
The standard rate is 10%. For very high volume clients we're open to discussing custom arrangements — reach out and let's talk.
